About us:
Raphael founded CHATS in the summer of 2021 with the help from friends and family. Since then CHATS was fortunate enough to be awarded “Youth Mental Health Advocate 2022 Aloha Award” from Mental Health America of Hawai’i. Founder of CHATS, Raphael was a guest speaker and panelist at the 2022 Children and Youth Summit at Hawai’i’s state capital.
